2. Acceptance of Terms of Use
2.1 This document defines the terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms of Use” or “TOU”) under which the Company allows users (hereinafter the “Users”) to browse and use the Site.
2.2 Using the Site implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these TOU.
3. Use of the Site
3.1 Before using the Site, the User must ensure they have the technical and computer resources to navigate and use the Site and that their equipment is in good working order and free of viruses.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, revise, delete, validate, or change, in whole or in part, any content (hereinafter the “Content”) on the Site at any time.
4. User Obligations
4.1 By using the Site, Users agree:

4.1.4 To respect other Users;
4.1.5 Not to collect or store personal data of other Users;
4.1.6 Not to distribute content inciting crime, discrimination, racial hatred, or violating laws, public order, or good morals;
4.1.7 Not to distribute ideological, religious, political, or ethnic content;
4.1.8 Not to distribute content endangering minors, including violent or pornographic messages;
4.1.9 Not to mislead others by impersonating another person;
4.1.10 Not to post, transmit, or share content violating intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of third parties;
4.1.11 Not to post unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or spam;
4.1.12 Not to use the Site abusively by introducing viruses or other malicious software and not to attempt unauthorized access;
4.1.13 Not to denigrate the Site, the Company, or other Users on social media or any communication channel.
4.2 If the Company considers that a User violates these TOU, it may, at its discretion, terminate access to the Site and take any action, including legal proceedings.
5. Accuracy and Legality of Information
5.1 Each User agrees that all information provided, especially personal information, is accurate, up-to-date, and complete and agrees to update it regularly.
5.2 The User acknowledges that the Company does not have the means to verify the accuracy of all information on the Site and cannot be held liable for identity theft or false information.
5.3 The Company does not guarantee the appropriateness, legality, integrity, or quality of information provided by Users.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 By accessing the Site, Users acknowledge that the Site and its Content, including images, photographs, designs, graphics, drawings, layouts, logos, trademarks, and texts, are the exclusive property of the Company and protected under French intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

12.1 This terms are written in French. In the event of translation into other languages, the French version prevails in case of dispute.
