On the night of August 21, the rooftop of Montesol Experimental becomes a stage for AURA : an immersive rooftop performance by light and sound inspired by the island’s magnetic energy.

As the sun sets over Dalt Vila, the night awakens with a live set by Emil Montgomery at 9:30pm, blending hypnotic beats with a visual performance that transforms the rooftop into a dreamscape.

AURA is more than a party : it’s a journey through sound, colour and emotion, designed to be felt as much as seen.

With the arrival of Kanpai, the rooftop now welcomes a curated selection of raw delights: nigiris, sashimis, tiraditos, tartares, hosomakis, and signature rolls, all crafted with the same attention to detail and elegance that defines the Experimental experience. It’s a perfect match—Ibiza’s sunset, a chilled cocktail in hand, and a menu that travels between Japan and Latin America, all enjoyed above the city’s rooftops.
