A journey upstairs unveils Ibiza's best rooftop cocktail bar with views of Dalt Vila. A place to escape the crowds, a haven from the heady Ibiza nightlife. Rich reds are counterbalanced with cool white furniture, with panoramic views overlooking Ibiza's Old Town and the marina.
Cocktails menus filled with delights, cold glasses of rosé, a beer to cool off. Oder a Summer, Buddy and evoke the heady days of Ibiza's hot months blending vodka, green chartreuse cordial, elderflower and citric solution. Rosita adds some heat with tequila, rose cordial, apple shrub and lime. The rooftop bar is the perfect place to start the evening off, or the bask in the culmination of a long, hot day.
