Our Rooftop Bar

A journey upstairs unveils Ibiza's best rooftop cocktail bar with views of Dalt Vila. A place to escape the crowds, a haven from the heady Ibiza nightlife and a perfect spot for a diner under the stars. Rich reds are counterbalanced with cool white furniture, with panoramic views overlooking Ibiza's Old Town and the marina.

The rooftop now offers a menu developed in collaboration with Imprevisto, inspired by Italian bar food, designed for sharing and rooted in the spirit of aperitivo. A generous, free-flowing selection of focaccia, antipasti and pizzette unfolds alongside burrata, charcuterie and seasonal plates, inviting guests to graze, linger and settle into the evening. Each dish is conceived to be passed around the table, shaping a convivial, effortless dining experience that moves at its own pace.

Cocktail menus full of delights, glasses of chilled rosé, a beer to cool down. Order an Old Cuban and evoke the heady days of Ibiza's warmer months by mixing rum, cava, mint and ginger cordial. The Spicy Paloma adds heat with tequila, amaro, grapefruit & jalapeño cordial and kaffir lime. The rooftop bar is the perfect place to start the evening or relax after a long, hot day.
